    Unit Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Champion development and Implementation of a comprehensive and innovate strategy for the land business unit.
    • Deliver negotiated land unit returs as per BoardRisk Appetite guidelines and Investment Policy.
    • Stakeholders management in land investment investment.

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

    • Undergraduate Degree in either Building Economics,Land Economics,Project managements or any related field.
    • A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
    • MUST be registered with a relevant professional bodies.
