Responsibilities:

• Work with the head of the video and marketing team to deliver videos that drive views and engagement.
• Shoot, edit, and post-produce high-quality footage that suits the needs of the brand.
• Work with the social media team to deliver video cuts for social sites.
• Drafting video and audio production, editing scripts, and executing them upon approval.
• Undertaking video recording and photography in organization events.
• Undertake to assemble raw footage.
• Editing audio and video footage to enhance the sound, graphics, lighting, and other elements to achieve the intended output.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience shooting, editing, and posting a high-quality video
• Background in creating engaging content on Tiktok and YouTube
• Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency with Canon & Sony DSLR
• Must have active Tiktok or YouTube accounts
• Must be flexible with the ability to work long hours, with a wide range of tools, and easily adapt to changes.
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Be able to meet tight deadlines and targets with minimal supervision.
• Should have a keen eye for detail.
• Should be a good team player .
