Virtual Sales Representative -Mombasa at Victoria Homestore

Victoria Homestore is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage online customer interactions, handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct proactive follow-ups and drive conversions. The role also involves using social media to engage potential customers, build relationships and support sales growth.
We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales pitch and negotiation abilities
• Experience using social media for sales and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A customer-centric mindset
