Volunteer: Google Workspace Set Up for Buildher at Catchafire

Our Mission

Buildher equips disadvantaged young women in Kenya with accredited construction skills, leading to greater financial prosperity, changing male attitudes and
promoting gender equality within the construction industry.

What You'll Work On

• Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
• Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
• Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive

We currently use Google Workspace apps, but want to improve how effectively we are using them.

Your Experience

• Experience setting up and configuring Google Workspace applications, including Google Workspace account, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google's video conferencing tools
• Experience with software training and onboarding
• Strong communication skills

Your Availability

• Works remotely from anywhere
• 5-10 hours over 1-2 weeks
