• 10 years experience in consulting/project management/operations background
• Experience in talent recruitment or management, working in a start-up/scale-up environment, leading and scaling teams
• Experience in driving culture and change management for large/multiple teams

• You are very resourceful and love challenging the status quo
• You have great problem solving skills and you have a "Any problem can be solved" attitude
• You are a systems builder and maintainer with experience in building engines and processes from the ground up and maintaining them afterwards
• You are a strategic thinking
• You have great emotional skills and are a fantastic leader who can build, grow and scale strong teams and get those around you to shine

The goals of the VP People  job are to drive our People Strategy across our fast-growing organization, ensuring we attract and retain a high-performing team, build a powerful employer brand to attract the best talent and ensure we have robust systems & process across the People function to drive seamless operations and an excellent staff experience
The main activities of this role will be
