Job Description

1. Meet, greet and sit guests in a timely manner.
2. Taking food and beverage orders from customers and ensure prompt service delivery.
3. Cleaning, clearing and organizing table condiments.
4. Presenting bills and give back correct change to the guest within the shortest time possible.
5. Assist guests on easy menu navigation
6. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
7. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues accordingly based on recommended food and beverage standards.
8. Proper utilization of company resources.
9. Ensure accurate stock take.
10. Communication-attend shift briefings, communicate cautiously to the guest
11. Ensure necessary orders for proper mis-en place are given to the manager for ordering.
