Key Responsibilities.

• Greet and welcome all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request.
• Prepare food and beverages for service to guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards.
• Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows and floors as necessary.
• Accurately punches the food and beverage orders on to the Point of Sales systems and ensure bill settlement as per the stipulated operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel and Hospitality Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a waiter in a 4-star hotel or upscale hospitality establishment.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and ability to explain menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods confidently.
• Proficiency in English is a must and knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.
• Competence in POS systems and cash handling.
