    Waiter/Waitress

    JOB PURPOSE

    • To deliver high-quality food service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a timely and courteous manner. This role involves ensuring a pleasant dining experience while adhering to hospital protocols and dietary guidelines.

    Academic and professional qualifications

    • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related Field
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital
    • Food handler's certification
    • Certificate of Good Conduct

    Key Competencies

    • Ability to navigate various hospital environments and transport food items safely.
    • Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Customer centric
