Warehouse Outbound Supervisor at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

About the role:

• The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is in charge of overseeing all outbound warehouse activities to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient fulfilment of customer and internal orders. This role supervises the complete dispatch process — from order picking and staging to packing, loading, and final delivery handover — while upholding company standards for accuracy, safety, and documentation.

What you would be expected to do:

• Supervise order picking and staging for dispatch
• Confirm shipping documents and accuracy before dispatch
• Coordinate transporter allocation and loading
• Ensure proper packaging and labelling of outbound goods
• Track outbound turnaround and resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain dispatch documentation and logs
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

You would be a strong candidate if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business-related fields
• Are familiar with ERP/WMS systems for goods receipt and bin updates
• Have 3+ years experience in warehousing and inbound operations in a busy environment
• Are detail-oriented and process-centred
• Demonstrate knowledge of receiving documentation and physical verification
• Are organized and capable of managing time-critical activities
• Have advanced skills in large volume data management and analysis skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Possess the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Are comfortable using handheld devices and WMS modules for inbound
