Warehouse Receiving Associate at Kijani Supplies

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods against supplier delivery notes or purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming products for quality, expiry dates, damage, or defects, and promptly report any issues.
• Accurately record all received items in the Odoo WMS, ensuring all relevant documentation (deliverynotes, QCreports)is properly filed.
• Label stock with barcodes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product identifiers.
• Store goods in designated zones (dry, fragile, chilled) and adhere to FIFO/FEFO stock management principles.
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to schedule deliveries, manage returns, and respond to priority stock needs.
• Manage inventory and stock organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within the hospitality, food, or fresh produce sector.
• Hands-on experience using ERP/WMS systems — proficiency in Odoo is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
