Project Description:

This project involves the creation of a responsive website that meets the design and branding requirements of Investire Point Limited, along with the necessary backend infrastructure and hosting.

1. Frontend UI Development

• Objective: Develop a responsive and visually appealing website that matches the provided design specifications.
• Scope:
  • Develop a user interface (UI) that is fully responsive across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Customize the website theme according to Investire Point Ltd’s brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, and overall aesthetic.
• Deliverables:
  • A fully functional and responsive website.
  • A customized theme aligned with Investire Point Ltd’s branding.

2. Backend API/Server/Database Design and Development

• Objective: Ensure seamless functionality and data management for the website through robust backend infrastructure.
• Scope:
  • API Development: Create an API to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend.
  • Server Development: Set up and configure a server to handle website requests and responses.
  • Database Design: Design a database to store and manage essential website data such as user information, product details, and blog posts.
• Deliverables:
  • A fully functional API.
  • A configured server with necessary backend processes.
  • An organized and efficient database.

3. Hosting

• Objective: Provide reliable hosting services for the API.
• Scope: Implement a pay-as-you-go hosting plan for the API to ensure accessibility and reliability.
• Deliverables: Hosted API with ensured uptime and performance.

Timeline:

• Project Start Date: 1st September 2024
• Project End Date: 30th September 2024

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client: Provide design specifications, branding guidelines, and timely feedback.
• Development Team: Execute the development tasks, ensure quality and timely delivery, and provide regular updates.

Reporting and Communication:

• Regular progress meetings will be held weekly to discuss the status and address any issues.
• A project manager will be assigned as the primary point of contact.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The project will be considered complete when all deliverables meet the agreed specifications and pass user acceptance testing (UAT).
