Youth and Volunteer Engagement Advisor at Volunteer Service Overseas (VSO)

Role overview

• Working at project location – In this role, you will provide on-site support in the project location and/or VSO office, (full-time unless otherwise specified) for a set period of time.
• The purpose of this placement is to support engagement with youth and volunteer networks for the ACTIVE Project

Ideal Applicant Summary
Knowledge/qualifications:

•  A bachelor’s degree in political science, advocacy and policy development, community development and other closely related social sciences fields from a recognized university.
•  At least 2 years and above of proven experience of working with youth engagement.
•  Knowledge on volunteerism
•  Demonstrated experience in providing support to youth from a wide range of backgrounds.
•  Knowledge and experience of participatory approaches to youth programme development
