Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor club income and expenditure to ensure budget compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee banking operations and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in coordination with club management.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file tax returns as required.
• Provide financial advice to the club manager/board when necessary.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard club assets.
• Support membership billing and track member dues and payments.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting/Degree is added advantage.
• Currently pursuing CPA.
• Minimum of 2 Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of cost accounting
• Added advantage: Experience in procurement and administration
• Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is required
