Job Description

This specific role provides Accounting Assistance services to both internal (for SALIX) and external (for SALIX’s customers).  SALIX has a growing sector of its business where customers want to outsource invoice processing and basic Accounting functions. 

INTERNAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with creating project accounts in the accounting system
• Assist in accounts payables and receivables management
• Assist other project managers to create and track invoices.
• Assist in Investigating all project expenses not billed to customers
• Assist in Internal Accounting
• Assist in Investigating project variances and submit variance reports to management
• Assist with Project management tasks.

EXTERNAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in completing operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, implementing new procedures.
• Assist in providing quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Occasionally assist with meeting clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Assist in tracking project performance, using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Assist in project management tasks
• Assist with data entry tasks as may be required
• And any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance. (Relevant certification in project management is a plus)
• One year of relevant experience in accounting and project management.
•  Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, good analytical, and multi-tasking skills
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

Job Description

This person will design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. He/she will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

Qualifications

• 1x +Salesforce developer and/or Salesforce administrator credentials
• 2 +years of experience in Salesforce based solutions or SaaS products built on top of Salesforce
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Ability to project manage.

Job Description

This person will play a vital role in developing new features and workflows in our Salesforce Clouds. He/she will be responsible for developing our key Salesforce applications, working closely with different teams, leading a team of salesforce developers, and training them as and when required.

• Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
• Working with integrated applications such as [enter your additional applications e.g. DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp etc]
• Contributing to technical documentation,
• Supporting the Salesforce Administrator*** on occasion.
• Data Analysis: Interpreting data, analyzing results, Identifying patterns and trends
• Implement best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform/ Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Any other related task as may be assigned from time to time. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 2x+ Salesforce developer and/or Salesforce administrator credentials
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce based solutions or SaaS products built on top of Salesforce
• Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform-tools
• In-depth knowledge of APEX with a strong experience of using developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers
• Ability to project manage.
