    Mountain Region Sales Manager

    • The role is responsible for overseeing all Sales operations in terms of sales, debt management, customer relationships and market growth initiatives to ensure the Kenchic brand remains strong and value is continuously delivered to the customer in Mountain Region.

    The Job responsibilities.

    • Develop and manage the execution of the PC sales strategy which will involve the generation of sales forecasts and execution of the initiatives to achieve forecast targets.
    • Manage debts incurred during sales with an agreeable number of debtor days through the implementation of debt management initiatives as per the Kenchic and customer agreement.
    • Drive growth and profitability through the implementation of market development strategies into new untapped market segments; and market penetration strategies that strengthen Kenchic's presence in existing markets.
    • Oversee the development and execution of the trade coverage plan and the marketing & adistribution strategies for Mountain Region.
    • Coordinate the development of regional demand planning by trade area and territory.
    • Oversee the preparation of daily, weekly and quarterly reports and generate insightful recommendations to aid in decision making.
    • Lead market intelligence initiatives and develop clear action plans for business performance improvement, route-to-market strategies and field sales force effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with marketing in sales, promotional and merchandising activities.
    • Enforce compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead, manage and develop a high performing team.

    Candidate's profile

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or any related field from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of 5 years work experience in the FMCG; of which 2 years managing people.
    • Proven ability and experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams.
    • Sound understanding of international food safety standards is an added advantage.
    • Experience using a CRM is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS-Word, MS- PowerPoint and MS-Excel for business analysis.
    • Demonstrable commercial awareness.

    Assistant Accountant Payables

    About the Role

    • To support the finance function by ensuring timely, accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations in line with company policies and financial controls.

    The Job responsibilities.

    • Invoice Processing
    • Receive, verify, and post supplier invoices into the accounting system.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Resolve discrepancies with procurement and suppliers.
    • Payments Management
    • Prepare payment schedules (cheques, EFT, RTGS, mobile payments). Ensure timely payments in accordance with agreed credit terms. Obtain required approvals before processing payments.
    • Reconciliations
    • Perform supplier statement reconciliations monthly.
    • Investigate and resolve outstanding balances and variances.
    • Records & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records. Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
    • Reporting
    • Prepare AP ageing reports.
    • Assist in month-end closing activities.
    • Provide payment and expenditure analysis as required.
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly.
    • Liaise with procurement, stores, and other departments on invoice matters.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Invoice processing turnaround time
    • Accuracy rate in postings
    • Timeliness of payments
    • Number of reconciliation discrepancies
    • Audit compliance score

    Candidate's profile

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA Part II (or equivalent) preferred
    • 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable or finance role
    • Experience with ERP/accounting systems

    Trade Development Representative- Western Region

    • The role is responsible for managing sales and actively managing client relationships in a sustainable manner in the market in a manner that ensures the Kenchic brand remains strong, and value is continuously delivered to the customer. The role holder acts as the link between Kenchic and its customers, creating and maintaining a positive business relationship.

    The Job responsibilities.

    • Maximize the company's profit potential by developing and implementing a robust territory trade marketing plan to fulfill maximum demand pressure in the area covered.
    • Maintain a pleasant and profitable client relationship through active debt management on behalf of Kenchic in accordance with the customer-Kenchic agreement.
    • Increase product coverage and availability throughout the covered area by managing the distribution of Kenchic products across the market.
    • Contribute to the growth of the company by planning and executing initiatives targeted at recruiting and onboarding new accounts.
    • Facilitate an excellent customer service experience for existing clientele by monitoring, managing and responding to customer complaints and queries including handling product returns.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and quarterly sales reports with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to aid in decision-making.

    Candidate's profile

    • Has a minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
    • Has a minimum of 3 years' Experience in a busy Sales environment of F.M.C.G.
    • Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Possesses Time and project management skills including ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at the same time
    • Must have computer knowledge in Microsoft office suite.
    • Valid driving licence with not less than 3 years driving experience.
