- Must be registered by a Regulatory Body.

- Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably within a complex and highly regulated industry.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality management systems, such as ISO certifications.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a high-performing manufacturing team.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Guiding and supervising the implementation of government policies, strategies and programmes on domestic trade and investment;
- Providing consultancy and technical guidance on trade issues to the business community;
- Coordinating the development of wholesale hubs/ wholesale markets and tier 1 retail markets in the distribution value chain;
- Managing business information data bank;
- Facilitating the settlement of trade disputes; and responding to public complaints/customer care issues;
- In addition, the Director will be responsible for coordinating planning and administration of trade and investment functions of the county;

Job Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in the management, development and implementation of ECDE Programmes;
- Mobilize resources for ECDE projects and programmes;
- Develop partnership with various stakeholders to improve status and management of ECDE Centers and link the stakeholders to the Department;
- Lead in preparation and implementation of the strategic plan, annual work plans and periodic reports of the department;
- Provide technical and coordination support to the stakeholders and partners in mainstreaming ECDE;
- Manage and review regular reports from ECDE Program Officers;
- Compile reports and disseminate technical reviews and improvements in project quality and partner support;
- Develop play-based curriculum for ECDE in the county; and

- Conduct training, mentoring, and evaluating ECDE officers in the County.
