Business Development Executive at Computer Pride

Computer Pride Limited is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive commercial growth and expand our ICT training footprint across the Coastal region. 

Role Overview

⁠Target Channels: Corporate B2B & Retail/Individual ICT Training

⁠Reports To: Branch Manager / Head of Business Development 

Core Responsibilities

• ⁠Corporate Growth (B2B): Acquire corporate, NGO, and government accounts for customized ICT upskilling; conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) and negotiate retainers. 
• ⁠Retail Acquisition (B2C): Drive student enrollments across professional ICT vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Cybersecurity) through targeted regional campaigns. 
• ⁠Market Expansion: Build strong partnerships with regional trade chambers (KNCCI Mombasa) and professional bodies. 
• ⁠Pipeline Management: Maintain active sales activity in CRM and ensure 95% on-time debt collections. 

Requirements

• ⁠Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 
• ⁠Experience: 3–5 years of successful B2B/Retail sales experience, ideally in ICT training or professional services. 
• ⁠Network & Skills: Established corporate network in Coastal Kenya, consultative selling expertise, and strong pitch/proposal abilities.
