Skills, qualifications and experience

• A bachelor degree in business or related subject.
• Some relevant professional experience in a comparable position or working with start-ups/small enterprises.
• Experience in business planning and enterprises development.
• Experience in conducting business mentoring
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English

• Understanding of the particular barriers facing youth lead MSME
