Job Purpose:

We are looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative & qualitative ability for the position of a Project Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Leading Project Planning Sessions
• Coordinating staff & Internal Resources
• Ensuring Projects meet deadlines
• Overseeing all incoming & outgoing project documentations
• Any other duties assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Professional certifications in Business & project management or related courses
• Must have attained  Grade B+ and Above in KCSE
• Must have Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask &manage various project elements
• Big Picture thinking and Vision
• Strong Attention to detail and Analytical Skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Any other relevant certification will be a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience preferably in the construction industry.

Job Purpose:

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Preparing and Reconciling Company Accounts
2. Cash Books Maintenance
3. Accounts Payable, Receivable &Bank Reconciliations
4. Compute Taxes and prepare tax returns
5. Management of Petty Cash & Accounting Transactions
6. Ensuring timely bank payments
7. Prepare Various financial  statements & records
8. Maintain, Manage and record day to day transactions

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2. Full accounting qualifications CPA (K)
3. Hands on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
4. Experience with general ledger functions
5. Excellent knowledge in GAAP and Banking Operations
6. Strong Attention to detail and Analytical Skills
7. High Level of Accuracy
8. Excellent Communication & organizational skills
9. Ability to work as part of a team
10. Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines
11. Any other relevant certification will be a plus.
12. A minimum of 5 years’ work experience as an Accountant preferably in the construction industry.
