    Manda Bay: Carpenter

    Job Description

    • Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman.
    • Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities.
    • Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
    • Prepares materials and builds and erects a broad range of structures in support of plant construction and maintenance activities.
    • Prepares construction sites, pours and spreads concrete, sets forms, and/or finishes surfaces.
    • Supports receiving and shipping materials and products.
    • Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
    • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
    • Performs other duties and activities as directed.

    Experience

    • Typically requires 2-5 years of related experience

    • Must be fluent in English
    • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
    • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity

    Fuel Distribution Systems Operator

    Job Description

    • Monitors, maintains, and gauges fuel in tanks, tanker trucks and, collapsible bladders on tactical fuel farms.
    • Performs usage calculations and maintains fuel levels to meet mission requirements.
    • Prepares and verifies receiving and/or fuel shipping documents; visually inspects fuel samples and checks API gravity and temperature.
    • Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on tactical fuel systems and fuel tanker trucks.
    • Familiar with the hazards of petroleum products, such as safe fuel-handling procedures, the dangers of static electricity, and grounding & bonding. '
    • Maybe responsible for oversight and leading the work of subcontract workers.

    Requirement

    • Skills normally acquired through use of military tactical fuel distribution systems and fuel accountability paperwork procedures. '
    • Three (3) years of prior experience in petroleum storage and distribution operations and fuel systems maintenance.
    • Must be capable of operating a standard drive transmission (Stick Shift 5 Speed).
    • Position requires a high school diploma, a minimum of three (3) years military fuel operations experience or equivalent experience in the civilian sector of fuel operations as described within.

    Manda Bay: Generator Mechanic

    Job Description

    • Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains a variety of equipment which includes: Generators Light sets, Compressors Ground Storage Units, and Electric switch gear (Experience in troubleshooting of AC and DC shorts and problems in order to properly operate and maintain electrical switch gear).
    • Works under limited supervision.
    • Requires demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, overhaul, repair, and maintain all types of equipment, and diesel-powered engines.
    • Installs specified new or reconditioned parts and/or makes required adjustments and reassembles complete unit.
    • Disassembles engines and mechanical units to inspect parts and operating defects.
    • Executes required preventive maintenance procedures.
    • Performs inspections required by the company or government.
    • Promotes teamwork and actively participates in quality improvement process.
    • Promotes safety awareness and complies with all applicable safety procedures and regulations.

    Requirement

    • Proficiency is typically gained through 24-36 months experience
