Requirements

1. Very good knowledge of Hausa language written and spoken
2. Good level of English language
3. Proactive attitude
4. Knowledge of IT programs as well as fast fingers for typing
5. Involved in assuring the happiness of the customers. Fast thinker and ability to resolve situations as they come on thе spot with focus on attention to details
6. Timeframe: Availability to work in shifts and in weekends
