    Internal Auditor

    You will be responsible for:

    • Assist with risk assessment and annual planning, audit execution, audit reporting, audit technology(audit work paper management and implementation tracking solution), and preparation of reports for Audit Committee reporting.
    • Assist in the development of the audit plan and ensure that it is responsive to and aligned with the organization's risk profile as part of Internal Audit's yearly risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment and planning process.
    • Executing/Carrying out individual audits in accordance with the audit plan, and international audit standards ensuring the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction.
    • Preparation of all Internal Audit reports for issuance, ensuring that they are clear and simple, that they uncover root causes and offer practical solutions, and that they ultimately add value to management.
    • Support the preparation of reports for meetings with the Audit Committee to report on the status of Internal Audit's ongoing monitoring activities.
    • Proactively identify and inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention.
    • Perform Internal controls assessments of acquired companies and lead efforts to mitigate identified control deficiencies as and when applicable
    • Manage the process to track, follow-up, and ultimately close all open audit issues.
    • Follow-up of status of implementation of management letter points.
    • Actively participate in management meetings and/or committees to ensure that Internal Audit is well-informed of key business developments that could have an impact on audit priorities and/or plans.
    • Ensure that Internal Audit work is performed in accordance with established professional standards and remain abreast of emerging trends and best practices that can be incorporated into the function and Sendy.
    • Assist in Internal Audit’s participation in critical business and technology initiatives and projects ensuring that audit’s perspective is effectively voiced and appropriate controls are designed and implemented on a proactive basis.
    • Assist Maintain audit technology platform leveraging support from the Engineering team as needed.
    • Assist coordinate the activities of external auditors including how best to leverage the work performed and results produced from Internal Audit’s work
    • Taking part in all regulatory exams and other third-party audits.
    • Provide regular reporting on the performance of self and team and department -weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and as may be required.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field.
    • Professional qualifications in accounting such as CPA or ACCA. (CIA/CISA would be an added advantage.)
    • Minimum five-years experience in audit and finance.
    • Good understanding of Internal Audit standards (COSO, IPPFs).
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and relevant legislations.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounts analysis, accounting practices and reconciliation.
    • Skilled in root cause identification.
    • Strong creative thinking.

    Junior Data Analyst - Payments, Finance & Operations

    You will be responsible for:

    • Develop data-driven insights and work with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, operations and optimization initiatives.
    • Create visualizations and automated reports to measure, monitor and report on key metrics.
    • Work with cross-functional teams such as engineering and product management to ensure data quality across the different products
    • Develop analysis, forecasting and optimization methods/models to provide the business solution to the clients
    • Support in developing and maintaining KPI reports, dashboards and other data points that communicate key business trends and highlight opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver data insights to the business in ways that make significant impact.
    • Take ownership of new programs, projects, mission groups, processes, or pilots.
    • Run experiments and A/B Tests to gather data and evaluate the success
    • Develop BI and visualization solutions for different parts of the business
    • Conduct deep-dive data analysis for business insights and recommendations to internal teams and customers
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Economics or other related quantitative fields.
    • Previous 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • An understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts.
    • Proven ability in data analytics, visualization and reporting.
    • Proficiency in SQL is a must and knowledge of one scripting language, either Python or R.
    • Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBi and Metabase is a plus.
    • Knowledge or experience using dbt is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to tell a compelling story by combining data with business context.

    Product Designer

    You will be responsible for:

    • Carry out research on internal and external users to understand current user experience and pain points.
    • Determine information architecture.
    • Create user flows, prototype tests in line with user requirements.
    • Conduct concept testing and usability testing.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and keep abreast of industry trends.
    • Identify and constantly engage with key stakeholders throughout design projects.
    • Delight users with intuitive and beautiful digital experiences.
    • Take concepts from the inception to market-ready.
    • Influence cross-functional product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that are right for our customers and adhere to the product vision (MLP).

    • Certification in Interaction Design would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human centered design or user experience design in a technology environment.
    • Building web/mobile products with thousands or millions of active users.
    • Working with in multi-functional teams (product, business, engineering, etc) to identify problems and build solutions.
    • Building products from ideation to launch.
    • Conducting discovery and validation research with users across a wide demographic spectrum.
    • Sound ability and understanding of the design process – design thinking
    • Knowledge of software development.
    • Strong knowledge of key design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
    • Strong creative thinking.
