    Stock Controller

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and organize raw materials upon arrival, ensuring accurate labelling with prices and origin information.
    • Collaborate with the production team to assemble packets of raw materials for production, including inventory tagging and job card preparation.
    • Distribute production packets to the production team weekly, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
    • Oversee the collection of finished items from the production team, conducting quality control checks and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for approval and inventory updates.
    • Facilitate the preparation of newly created items for photography sessions, including rail-ready setup and coordination with the photographer.
    • Coordinate weekly handover of finished products to the merchandise/sales team, ensuring accurate tagging, inventory listing, and photography documentation.
    • Maintain real-time updates of inventory levels, sales, and production activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for all stakeholders.
    • Prepare delivery notes for consignments and manage the packing and shipment process, including international shipping arrangements and tracking.

    Key Requirements:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
    • Knowledge of shipping logistics and experience with courier services such as DHL is advantageous.
    • Prior experience in quality control procedures and familiarity with warehouse safety protocols is desirable.

    Sales Merchandiser

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage inventory of goods on consignment, including restocking and allocation to different locations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams in various locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
    • Oversee the marketing and promotion of the showroom and studio to attract high-end safari drivers and operators.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote e-commerce sales and drive traffic to the website and social media platforms.
    • Coordinate with the social media team to create engaging content and leverage influencer partnerships.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection for consignment sales.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales management, and e-commerce operations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
    • Experience in marketing and social media management is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of the safari tourism industry or luxury retail market is a plus.

    Finance and Admin Assistant (Law Firm)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage office petty cash and post all the expenses into the accounting system.
    • Coordination and preparation of monthly payroll.
    • Follow up with the banks on payments and monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Data entry of transactions into QuickBooks.
    • Assisting auditors in completing their audit work.
    • Payment of utility bills
    • Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Act as the firm’s bank agent for all banking transactions.
    • Prepare payment cheques; ensure that all the necessary supporting documents are attached before forwarding them to the Managing Partner for signing.
    • Prepare monthly VAT schedule, coordinate filing, and ensure that any tax due is paid.
    • Coordinate audit and filing of Managing Partner’s income tax returns annually on i-tax by the Auditor and ensure that any due tax is paid.
    • Coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures within the Firm and ensure compliance of established Firm Policies and Procedures.
    • Coordinate staff activities and events and share the estimated expenses for budgeting.
    • Manage staff leave days and maintain human resource records with utmost confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance.
    • Must have CPA III.
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance and admin for either a financial institution or law firm.
    • Must be proficient in QuickBooks.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
