    Head of Projects

    Mission Description                      

    • Responsible for ensuring the projects kick off and the budgets are delivered.
    • Defines processes/procedures for the successful administration of the project.
    • Ensures the transition of the partnership from collaboration to joint venture.
    • Supports the commercial development.
    • Guides the solution roadmap-ensuring it aligns with AGL values ​​and development initiative.

    Control Tower

    Mission Description                      

    • Ensure service delivery-chases local team to ensure that cargo is delivered in line with SLA.
    • Monitor fleet movement in and out of site, ensure their Turn Around Time data is well recorded, analyzed and reports shared accordingly. 
    • Review all stock management reports and ensure is in line with the financial position.
    • Overseeing and offering guidance to yard marshals to ensure compliance to set site standards (safety and security).
    • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to maintain service levels.
    • Monitoring and reporting yard marshals' Flow system operations to ensure accuracy in data capturing.
    • Calling in trucks using the Flow system (into site and to respective offloading and loading areas) while balancing and strictly observing set capacities across site to avoid traffic congestion.
    • Perform exception management, ensuring all deviations are captured, escalated when needed, and closed within SLA
    • Escalate all incidents and violations up the chain of command in real-time.
    • Be tasked with data entry as directed.
    • Updating records and timely sharing of all the required reports accordingly as directed.
    • Communicate directly with carriers, suppliers, and partners to confirm status, request updates, and drive quick issue resolution
    • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
    • Provide status updates to customers or internal teams, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (planning, transport, warehouse, procurement, customer service) and external partners to resolve issues

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, planning, or supply chain control tower environments.

    Key Account Manager

    Mission Description                      

    • Analyze and profile client accounts based on performance, value and potential and generate periodic reports
    • Determine the crucial needs of key clients and ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service
    • Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its implementation
    • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and make necessary improvements for key accounts

    Financial Controller

    Mission Description                      

    • Prepare financial analysis for submission to steering committee.
    • Carries out financial reconciliation and ensures GM is in line with the values ​​agreed by the committee.
    • Prepare monthly financial report
    • Follow up on credit line utilization and closure.
    • Review and approve vouchers – petty cash, check payments, suppliers, internal transfers.
    • Authorize payments – sign checks and funds transfer instructions to company's bankers.
    • Act as the company's interface with bankers and the liaison on administrative matters.
    • Confirm manually initiated funds transfers,
    • Authorize purchases (signing LPOs)
    • Review returns and authorize re-imbursements.
    • Liaise with other heads of departments and senior management on day to day issues, eg authorization/allocation of expenses, etc.
    • Ensure that the general ledger accounts and disbursements files are regularly monitored and fully explained at the end of the month.
    • Complete the consolidation package for purposes of reporting to Head office.
    • Involvement in the annual budget preparation process.
    • Give the necessary support to the external auditors to facilitate finalization of the year end financial statements.
    • Control the tax file for the company vis a vis records maintained by the company's tax consultants and the Kenya Revenue Authority, and to follow up on VAT and corporation tax issues with the company's tax consultants.
    • Ensure conformity with tax regulations by remitting statutory deductions within the stipulated time limits, ensuring the necessary amounts are with held where necessary and remitted to the tax authorities.

    • Minimum 5 years' experience

    Inventory Supervisor - Kbl Kisumu

    Mission Description                      

    Based in KBL Kisumu Warehouse Operations and reporting to the Operations Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

    • Daily review of All SAP data postings (issues, receipts and transfers) by TRH and SAP team and feedback given to the team for correction.
    • Daily review of Physical daily counts and feedback given to physical inventory supervisors daily for corrections.
    • Following up on warehouse shorts and excesses reported in daily counts.
    • Execute stock take monthly.
    • Daily physical vs system reconciliation for beer, Keg UDV. Reconciles all receipts from Trade dispatches, inter warehouse transfers and reversals.
    • Reconciles breakages for Kisumu and develops weekly and monthly breakages reports detailing reason codes and partner responsible
    • Reports and presents inventory status on a weekly basis in contact review, HOD and inventory meetings
    • Conduct Kisumu Beer, Keg, UDV Empties stock take, request approval and post in SAP

    Mission Description                      

    • Processing and documentation of tenders to be approved
    • Processing of commercial reports on weekly bases.
