    First Officers-ERJ-135/145 Non-Type Rated F.O

    Requirements

    • Valid Kenyan ATPL/CPL
    • Valid instrument/multi-engine rating
    • Minimum flight time 3000 hours
    • Minimum PIC flight time 1000 hours
    • Must be willing to operate at outstation bases outside of Kenya
    • Must be willing and able to fund the type rating on the ERJ 135/145
    • Must be actively flying
    • Prior Jet experience preferred

    C208 First Officers

    Requirements

    • C208 Type rating
    • Multi-engine/Instrument rating
    • Valid Kenyan CPL
    • Minimum six hours flown within the last six months
    • Gas turbine and Performance A rating
    • Must be willing to operate away from Kenya for periods between four to six weeks
    • Must be willing to operate two types of aircraft (additional type rating will be facilitated by ALS at the cost of the individual)
    • Must serve ALS for a minimum period of five years

    Aviation Safety Administrator

    Job Purpose

    • To provide administrative and coordination support to the Safety Department by maintaining safety records, supporting Safety Management System processes, coordinating safety activities, and ensuring effective document control and regulatory compliance.

    Duties

    • Maintain and control safety records, reports, manuals, and SMS documentation.
    • Manage the safety reporting database system and assist with tracking corrective actions to closure.
    • Prepare periodic safety reports, correspondence, notices, and departmental communications.
    • Assist with coordinating safety meetings, audits, inspections, training activities, and maintain related records.
    • Support incident investigations through record management.
    • Maintain document control processes, ensuring safety manuals and policies, and procedures remain current.
    • Assist with regulatory submissions, compliance monitoring, and internal/external audits.
    • Manage departmental filing, procurement requests, office supplies, and other administrative activities.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Safety.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Training in aviation safety, quality management, or SMS is an added advantage.
    • Administrative experience, preferably in aviation, safety, compliance, or quality assurance.
    • Knowledge of aviation safety principles, SMS, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong organizational, document management, and administrative skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Caravan First Officers

    Requirements

    • C208 Type rating
