    Lecturer in Human Anatomy (Bsc. Nursing Program)

    LECTURER, GRADE 12- Ref: DeKUT/NUR/L/2026
    Requirements

    • A PhD in Human Anatomy or a closely related field from an accredited and recognized university. Candidates with a Master’s degree and significant progress towards a PhD will also be considered.
    • Alternatively, candidates with a Master of Medicine (MMed) in General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, or an equivalent specialty, alongside a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree, will be considered.
    • A minimum of three (3) years of university- level teaching experience.
    • At least two (2) publications in refereed, reputable journals.
    • Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) or another relevant professional body.
    • Added Advantage: Practical skills in cadaveric dissection, histology slide preparation, digital anatomy tools, curriculum development, and student mentorship.

    Clinical Instructor

    CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR GRADE 10 -Ref: DeKUT/NUR/CI/2026
    A candidate must:

    • Have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or its equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized University.
    • Be registered and have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
    • Have at least two (2) years post-qualifications work experience with evidence of clinical teaching
