    Flutter Engineer Intern

    JOB BRIEF

    • We're seeking Flutter engineering interns who are fast learners and problem solvers! These internships may lead to full-time roles. You'll gain experience in building a product while learning to write clean code. Basic knowledge of Dart, UI/UX design, and solving problems with arrays and strings is needed.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implementing UI/UX designs
    • Implementing new features and improving existing flutter apps
    • Work with team in and solving bugs and problems in flutter apps
    • Writing tests
    • Documentation of code and structures

    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent from a recognized institution or any other related field.
    • Learning experience with Flutter and Dart
    • Consuming REST API basics
    • Problem solving skills
    • Ability to move and adapt to change at a rapid pace
    • Quick learner with passion to learn and adapt to new technologies
    • Attention to details and striving for perfection
    • Learning experience in native android development is a plus

    Human Resource Assistant

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline, from an accredited institution.
    • 1-2 years of relevant in Human Resource and Administration experience as a HR generalist.
    • Vast knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, particularly in real-time remote work monitoring tools.
    • Professional Membership (IHRM) and CHRP Certification will be an added advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Kenyan labor laws. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Spearhead performance management initiatives and improvement plans.
    • Oversee training and development programs.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives, facilitating positive employee experiences during onboarding and offboarding.
    • Provide strategic HR support for organizational goals.
    • Present HR-related reports and analytics to management.
