We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role is key in strengthening customer engagement enhancing sales performance, and driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update customer records in the CRM Support sales pipeline: leads, follow-ups, and reporting
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service
• Assist with sales campaigns and event planning
• Organize meetings, presentations, and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and with teams

• Create engaging content (graphics, reels, blogs, etc.) Monitor analytics and report performance Implement SEO/SEM strategies
• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer / Social Media Marketer to grow our online presence and engage our target audience.
• Engage with online community and respond to inquiries Track trends and competitor activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in digital & social media marketing
• Proficient in tools like Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp
• Strong content creation and communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer outreach is a plus
• Self-driven and deadline-oriented

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
