What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches.
• Conduct talent market research and mapping activities.
• Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing activity, and candidate availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.
• Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience reaching out to passive candidates and nurturing talent communities.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS Platforms, Boolean Search Techniques, Other sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Case Manager Assistant to join the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department of a distinguished, award-winning U.S. law firm with over 18 years of legal excellence.

In this role, you will work side-by-side with Case Managers to drive case progression, handle insurance claims, coordinate medical care, and ensure our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve. Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Claim Management: Open claims with insurance carriers, health insurance subrogation departments, and state medical coverage providers.
• Document Procurement: Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and billing statements.
• Client Care & Scheduling: Schedule medical appointments for clients, coordinate transportation, and provide regular case updates.
• Balance Verification: Contact medical providers to verify and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Demand Preparation: Organize and assemble complete case files for submission to demand writers.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Assistant specifically in Personal Injury (PI). (Note: Pure Intake Specialist experience will not be considered for this role).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Legal Studies, Healthcare, or related fields).
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Language: Advanced to near-native English communication skills. (Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus!)
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with case management software like Litify or Salesforce is highly desirable.

• The Salesforce Administrator Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our SaaS organization by enabling business users and cross-functional teams through proactive support, training, and system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and strategic scalability. This position partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to optimize Salesforce capabilities and ensure alignment with the fast-evolving needs of a SaaS business. As a key contributor to organizational effectiveness, the role manages and customizes core Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities. It also maintains data integrity, streamline processes, and supports release cycles. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex logic challenges in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Responsabilities:

• Deliver daily end-user support, training, and proactive guidance to enhance Salesforce knowledge and adoption across teams.
