    HR/ Admin

    About the Job

    • In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the HR/Admin department, helping to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and activities. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, various HR-related tasks and Administrative tasks. You will be maintaining an organized and efficient HR/Admin functions, contributing to a positive employee experience

    Job Description

    Recruitment and Talent Management;

    • Handle a full cycle recruitment process, including attracting and retaining talent,
    • Carry out full onboarding process for new hires, reviewing process, preparing orientation materials, organizing for training with line managers and mentorship of new hires;
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Compensation and Benefits Management;
    • management of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations;
    • review of sourced benefits scheme and align benefits to business strategy
    • implementation and roll out of all schemes

    Contract Management;

    • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork. in accordance with the law and set templates
    • Review existing contracts and how to improve covering company from legal exposure;

    Performance Management;

    • Collaborate with line managers to draft KPA and KPIs;
    • Roll out of KPA and KPIs and assist tine managers in communication and inclusion strategy
    • Manage the performance calendar, reminding line managers, guiding the conduction of the review meetings
    • Roll out and tracking tracking of PIPs

    Offboarding;

    • Handle group off boarding of employees; clearance, termination process, final dues, exit interviews;
    • Policy and HR Reports formulation and Administration
    • drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
    • Coordinate general office administration, supplies, assets, records, facilities, meetings, and office logistics.

    Employee Relations and Engagement;

    • Help organize and coordinate people engagement activities and employee relations;
    • Formulate and roll out employee engagement surveys;
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, directing them to the HR officer as needed.
    • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.
    • Leave Management on the HRMIS and constantly liaising with line managers and organisational leads on leave liability and how to minimise it while creating work-life balance for employees;
    • maintaining a positive work environment and fostering good employee relations.

    Payroll Management;

    • Process accurately assigned companies payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and ensuring timely submission to the Finance department.

    Compliance;

    • Ensure that HR practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations i.e WIBA,Licenses, ISO Compliance, HR Compliance  and full adherence to the HR Manual and SOP;
    • Ensure statutory compliance
    • Be abreast with all new compliance requirements and adjust HR structures to align

    Admin Task 

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates, and suppliers.
    • Supervise office staff
    • Procurement for office purchases
    • Maintaining OSHA standards in the premises
    • Organizing meetings and any other admin tasks as shared.
    • Manage estate correspondences.

    Skills

    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data and documentation.

    Research skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Report writing skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software and databases.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems and basic understanding of payroll processes.

    About the Job

    • The Technical Field Support Officer will support the rollout, installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of a hardware-dependent solution across multiple sites. The role is responsible for ensuring that deployed hardware, peripheral equipment, connectivity components, and related systems are operational, properly maintained, and supported throughout the implementation and post-deployment support period. The analyst will provide hands-on field support, troubleshoot technical issues, train users, maintain asset records, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and ensure that service disruptions are resolved promptly and professionally.

    Job Description
    Hardware Deployment and Site Installation

    • Support the deployment, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of hardware devices at assigned sites.
    • Conduct pre-deployment checks to confirm site readiness, including power, connectivity, space, security, and user availability.
    • Install and configure project hardware, including computers, tablets, printers, scanners, biometric devices, routers, switches, power backup units, and other approved equipment.
    • Ensure all installed devices are tested, tagged, documented, and handed over in line with approved procedures.
    • Support hardware movement, relocation, replacement, and retrieval during the rollout and operational support phases.

    Technical Support and Maintenance

    • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users and site teams.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, connectivity issues, peripheral failures, power-related problems, and user-reported incidents.
    • Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure deployed equipment remains functional, secure, and reliable.
    • Coordinate repairs, replacements, warranty claims, and vendor support for faulty or defective equipment.
    • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or external service providers.

    User Support and Training

    • Provide hands-on guidance to users on proper operation of deployed devices and related systems.
    • Train users on basic troubleshooting, safe handling of equipment, care of devices, and reporting procedures.
    • Prepare simple user guides, support notes, checklists, and frequently asked questions where required.
    • Promote responsible use, safeguarding, and accountability for deployed hardware.

    Asset Management and Documentation

    • Maintain an accurate register of all hardware, accessories, spares, consumables, and assigned equipment.
    • Record serial numbers, site locations, assigned users, deployment dates, maintenance history, and equipment status.
    • Prepare installation reports, site visit reports, maintenance reports, incident logs, and handover documentation.
    • Support audits, asset verification, stock reconciliation, and reporting on deployed equipment.

    Connectivity, Power, and Field Operations Support

    • Support basic network setup and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, access points, modems, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
    • Liaise with network providers, site representatives, and technical teams to resolve connectivity challenges.
    • Identify and report power-related issues affecting hardware performance, including unstable power, lack of backup, cabling risks, or surge protection gaps.
    • Participate in nationwide field visits and provide technical feedback to improve rollout planning and support processes.

    Compliance, Security, and Quality Assurance

    • Ensure installations comply with approved technical standards, security requirements, and project procedures.
    • Support basic device security measures, including password controls, access restrictions, updates, endpoint protection, and safe handling of data.
    • Report equipment misuse, loss, theft, damage, tampering, or unauthorized relocation.
    • Conduct post-installation checks to confirm that sites are fully operational and ready for service delivery.

    Skills

    • Practical experience supporting hardware-dependent solutions across multiple sites.
    • Experience in large-scale rollout projects, government systems, access control systems, biometric systems, POS systems, field service operations, or distributed technology environments will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft certification, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent will be an added advantage
