Achieve the SaaS SLA targets of cloud services and systematically complete E2E cloud service maintenance.
Interconnect with customers' issues and requirements, and support the communication and implementation of customers' business requirements.
Be responsible for SRE SaaS service and platform O&M, and monitor, handle, and recover SaaS cloud service platform issues.
Be responsible for the installation and O&M of cloud service products to ensure stable service running.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
University Bachelor Degree or above in IT/Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications/ Computer Science or related field of study from a recognized university.
1-3 years IT Project job experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Operation manager or Internet Business Development, is preferred.
Base knowledge of Telecommunication system. Strong Exposure to Telecom Services within IT and ICT Telecommunication industry.
Specialization: Science and IT technology/Management.
Have knowledge of operating systems (Linux) and databases and be familiar with Linux operations and commands. Linux and Windows OS administration (Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, and Security).
Have a good command of at least one of C/C++, JAVA, Python, GO, and JS programming languages, and have knowledge of software engineering development.
Knowledge of micro services or containers is preferred. Familiar with open-source cloud or cloud products.
Responsible foron-site maintenance of IT infrastructure Application and Software products
Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
Will be required to work on night shifts to provide technical solution and hands-on support on software systems.
Plan and carryout Software installation / upgrade, configuration and commissioning.
Work to resolve technical product issues and meet the laid down SLA’s.
LINUX /MYSQL / application troubleshooting
Ensure proper handover of projects after the project delivery.
Co-operate with project team and relevant staff during equipment & Software installation and project implementation period.
Undertake Application, Database and network equipment health checks.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunications / Data communications Engineering or any related field of study from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of software systems.
Should have knowledge about UNIX, Linux, Oracle DB, SQL, HTTPS, SOAP, Networking etc.
Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Understanding of TCP/IP Routing and protocols is an added advantage
ITIL — Certification is an added advantage
Software Huawei Certification (HCIA/P/E, HCS) will be highly considered
Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support is an added advantage
