    Conversions Associate

    The Conversions Associate will be tasked with finding and engaging with prospective students who would like to undertake the new courses Moringa School has to offer.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating/leading recruitment initiatives and using independent judgment and analysis to evaluate student applicants
    • Managing data and information related to the details of prospective students, right from the inquiry calls to the steps taken up for follow-up, granting of admissions, and subsequent joining of the course. Accurate entry of the relevant data to track the new joiners and their status regarding the completion of admission procedures.
    • Interact with prospective Moringa School students through phone calls (may make 40 plus calls per day) and email correspondence to ensure conversions at each admissions stage.
    • Explaining Academic Programs and answering any inquiries regarding applications, enrollment, courses, and financial aid to prospective students.
    • Guiding the prospective students through the application process.
    • Promptly answering all questions to ensure student satisfaction.
    • Be up-to-date on what the programs offer and seek product knowledge.
    • Promptly submit reports on prospective students' admission.
    • Follow up on the admission process of prospective students.
    • Serve as a special projects assistant - will be responsible for the execution of extra projects that fall outside the core role

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or call centre/customer service (preferred).
    • Experience working in a data-focused environment.
    • 1 year of experience in an educational background is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to handle and respond to the inquiries and guide the students on the documentation and the relevant admission procedures.
    • Data-driven with a persistent desire to analyze and improve performance.
    • Flexibility to work in a changing schedule as per the requirement.

    Sales and Customer Experience Manager (Admissions)

    Moringa School is seeking a dynamic Admissions and Customer Experience (CX) Manager to lead and enhance our student recruitment and customer engagement strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless admissions process and delivering exceptional experiences throughout the student lifecycle, thereby driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Analyze existing admissions and CX processes to identify and address gaps.
    • Develop and implement scalable admissions frameworks suitable for expansion into new geographies and verticals.
    • Establish and monitor sales processes, trackers, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the admissions function.
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to attract and enroll students aligned with new program offerings.

    Budgeting and Revenue Growth

    • Prepare, monitor, and report on budgets related to admissions and customer experience initiatives.
    • Achieve enrollment and revenue targets across existing programs and new verticals, including corporate training courses.

    Team Development and Support

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing admissions and CX team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the team.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with Tech and Data teams to streamline and automate admissions processes.
    • Strengthen the synergy between Admissions and Marketing to optimize lead conversion.

    Process Automation and Data Analysis

    • Ensure full automation of the admissions function, enabling efficient data capture and analysis.
    • Utilize dashboards and analytics to inform decision-making and improve customer journey touchpoints.

    Customer Experience Enhancement

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple channels.
    • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and enhance the overall customer journey.
    • Design and enforce customer service standards to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
    • Train staff on customer-centric approaches and best practices to foster a customer-focused culture.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports to senior management.

    Qualifications

    Digital Marketing Associate

    The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing and optimizing both organic and paid digital marketing efforts. They support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with the broader content strategy and calendar.

    Responsibilities include assisting with content production, coordinating organic campaigns, and supporting media buying on platforms such as Meta and Google. The role also involves monitoring social media engagement, managing inboxes and inquiries, and escalating relevant messages to the appropriate teams.

    In addition, the associate contributes to CRM and email marketing efforts by helping schedule campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate reports. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage calendars, campaign timelines, performance trackers, and reporting processes that inform continuous strategy improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    Media Buying

    • Upload and publish paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and others, following the plans and assets provided by the marketing manager.
    • Ensure accurate setup of campaigns, including creatives, copy, URLs, budgets, schedules, and audience targeting parameters.
    • Monitor campaign delivery and performance daily to confirm ads are running correctly and are not disapproved or underdelivering.
    • Flag anomalies in campaign performance (e.g., unusual spikes or drops in CPC, low impressions, or poor CTR) and assist in identifying causes such as targeting errors, ad fatigue, or budget pacing issues.
    • Support troubleshooting by updating creatives, adjusting targeting, or escalating issues to the manager or platform support when needed.
    • Maintain a shared archive of all campaign assets and live campaign documentation for internal visibility and coordination.
    • Compile and submit weekly paid media performance reports, highlighting key metrics (reach, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions) along with observations and any recommendations or alerts.

    Social Media Management Support

    • Support in gathering user-generated content and community feedback to share with the content team.

    • Assist in monitoring comments, DMs, tags, and mentions daily; flag or escalate inquiries, leads, or issues to the appropriate team members.

    CRM Support

    • Maintain and update CRM contact lists, ensuring data accuracy by cleaning and organizing audience segments based on lead source, course interest, or stage in the customer journey.
    • Tag and segment contacts for targeted communication and retargeting across campaigns and platforms.
    • Track new lead entries from various channels (e.g., social media, landing pages, events) and ensure proper funnel classification.
    • Provide weekly CRM activity updates, including new leads, lead sources, conversion status, and any sync or integration issues.

    Email Marketing

    • Schedule and send marketing emails, newsletters, and course updates in alignment with campaign timelines and key intake periods.
    • Customize email content layouts (subject lines, visuals, CTAs) using templates or drag-and-drop builders while adhering to brand guidelines.
    • Conduct test sends and quality checks to ensure email formatting, deliverability, and mobile responsiveness.
    • Monitor delivery, open, bounce, and click-through rates to assess performance.
    • Generate weekly reports on email campaign metrics and suggest optimizations such as A/B testing, send time adjustments, or audience refinements.
    • Maintain email content archives and document send history for each campaign.

    Admin Work

    • Track asset folders, upload footage to shared drives
    • Maintain campaign timelines and asset trackers
    • Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and reactive campaigns.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
    • 2–3 years of experience in digital media buying, email marketing, and social media coordination
    • Proficient in using CRM systems to track customer journeys, update lead information, and support marketing automation workflows.
    • Solid understanding of key digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads
    • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
    • Intermediate knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple requests across teams and meet deadlines

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of assessment criteria and guidelines with the Assessments, Learning, Classroom, and Outcomes team
    • Accept prospective students by supporting their completion of the application and assessment forms
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, i.e, Marketing, Conversions, Learning, Classroom, and Outcomes team
    • Maintain selection guidelines by writing, updating, and developing changes to selection criteria, policies, and procedures
    • Develop user-friendly and scalable playbooks for running selections across new verticals and geographies
