    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and Vendor Management.
    • Purchase Planning.
    • Cost Negotiation and Budgeting. Order Processing and Tracking. Quality Assurance.
    • Compliance and Documentation.
    • Market Research.
    • Supplier Relationship Management. Reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • A diploma/degree in Procurement or Purchasing and Supplies management.
    • Hospitality Background is an asset.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and pricing.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • The Ability to embrace our core values GAPBC to our internal guests - The staff.

    Restaurant Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in hotel/tourism management
    • 3 years' experience in a similar position in a (4/5 star) Hotel.
    • Commitment to professional values and integrity Able to lead and motivate the team
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Very good command of written and spoken English.
    • Knowledge of one other foreign language will be an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Able to work flexible hours
    • Displays initiative
