    Retail Salesperson

    Responsibilities include but not limited to delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, processing transactions, reporting and liaising with departments.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
    • Enthusiasm for wellness, and previous experience in retail, preferably in a wellness or lifestyle store is preferred.
    • Familiarity with wellness products such as supplements and organic food products.
    • Experience in handling Point of Sales systems and inventory management.
    • Ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.
    • Problem solving & analytical skills
    • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and assist customers effectively.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist customers as they shop both instore and online by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations.
    • Demonstrate product features, upsell or cross-sell, and achieve sales targets.
    • Stay informed about product details, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
    • Manage inventory, organize shelves, replenish stock, and ensure the store is visually appealing.
    • Process transactions, maintain cleanliness, close and open shift as required.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned

    FMCG/HORECA Sales Person

    Job Summary
    Eastnat LTD is inviting applications from dynamic and results-driven FMCG-HORECA Sales peopleThe role involves driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the FMCG/Modern Trade and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sectorsThe successful candidate will ensure the availability and visibility of
    our products, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
    • Proven experience in FMCG or HORECA sales.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage a large portfolio of clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
    • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Computer literate, able to use applications such as word, excel etc.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients in the FMCG and HORECA markets.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Ensure product placement and visibility at retail and HORECA outlets.
    • Conduct regular visits to outlets to check stock levels, negotiate deals, and address customer concerns.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMake and submit periodic reports
