    Account Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients with questions while constantly suggesting the best solution and course of action for their project(s);
    • Review client concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the client experience with the company;
    • Constantly promote the value of the InEvent platform and upselling through customer/client experience;
    • Grow and expand clients platform usage within their organization;
    • Suggest optimization of existing processes within all Customer Success initiatives;
    • Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers when collaborating on the biggest Enterprise accounts from your portfolio.

    Ideal profile

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Account Development position is a must;
    • Experience in client retention and continuous usage of the solution/service;
    • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships;
    • Technical skills is a must;
    • Accountability and personal organization are essential;
    • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed;
    • Available to work from 12 PM to 8 PM Eastern Time.

    Customer Success Trainer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead training sessions, both online and in-person, customized to meet the specific needs of various user groups and ensure proficiency in using the InEvent platform;
    • Deliver live sessions via InEvent’s Live Studio to partners to demonstrate the product and its capabilities;
    • Work on design of website, registration form and Virtual Lobby to ensure the level of professionalism to the look and feel of the course;
    • Design and maintain course outline, developing and adapting this as the InEvent features grow;
    • May be required to develop and deliver high quality pre recorded content via the Live Studio to complement certification;
    • Support participating partners in their queries for the duration of the certification process;
    • Coordinate delivery of certification from partners and ensure partners are supported in their receipt of their certification;
    • Learn continuously about tech and platform updates;
    • Give constant feedback to product development and support CS and Marketing processes;
    • Lead InEvent’s partners through the process to ensure their certification in the InEvent product;
    • Travel may be required to a studio location.

    PRE-REQUISITES:

    • Fluent English to communicate and interact with customers around the world.
    • Experience with Customer Success or similar.
    • Experience with delivery of training or live customer support
    • Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
    • Outstanding communication skills and empathy.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multicultural customers.
    • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup!
    • Availablle to work from 9 PM - 5 AM ET time.

    Event Planner

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage events from end to end, including vendor sourcing, client management, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire event cycle;
    • Prospect new partners to join our Marketplace;
    • Prospect strategic partners to provide products and services for bundled products;
    • Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers;
    • Onboard new partners;
    • Be the main point of contact for the marketplace and redirect demand accordingly;
    • Make sure the products and services offered by our partners are fulfilled;
    • Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners;
    • Register and track documents from our partners;
    • Update and upkeep CRM and Trello boards;
    • Research the market for new opportunities;
    • Coordinate partnership-related projects with different teams;
    • Produce comprehensive analysis and reports of activities and results.

    PRE-REQUISITES

    • Strong experience in event planning, including managing the full event lifecycle, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients;
    • Experience with client relationships;
    • Experience with platform training for partners;
    • Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion;
    • Ability to source for suppliers and negotiate costs within budgets;
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior;
    • Lead generation experience;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Ability to execute under deadlines;
    • Fluent English to communicate and interact with partners and colleagues around the world;
    • Must have a personal computer and mobile phone;
    • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones;
    • Knowledge and experience with Hubspot or similar tools;
    • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
