    Managing Director, INUA Nexus (Global Business Services)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
    • Define and execute the global growth strategy for INUA Nexus (GBS)
    • Own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets
    • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline (US, UK, EU, Middle East, Africa)
    • Secure high-value enterprise and government contracts
    • Establish strategic partnerships across BPO, AI, and cybersecurity ecosystems
    • P&L Ownership & Financial Performance
    • Own full Profit & Loss (P&L) for INUA Nexus
    • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
    • Ensure sustainable and scalable business performance
    • Global Service Delivery Excellence
    • Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations across all GBS verticals
    • Ensure SLA adherence, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
    • Implement AI-driven delivery models and automation frameworks
    • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and service quality
    • Operational Scale & Infrastructure Development
    • Lead the expansion of delivery centers (Nairobi, Konza, Webuye, and global locations)
    • Scale workforce from hundreds to thousands of employees
    • Design and implement a standardized global GBS operating model
    • Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
    • Talent & Workforce Strategy
    • Build and lead a high-performing, globally competitive workforce
    • Integrate with INUA Hub and INUA AI Human Capital for talent pipeline development
    • Champion impact sourcing and youth employment initiatives
    • Develop leadership capability across all levels of the organization
    • AI Integration & Innovation
    • Embed AI and automation into all service delivery functions
    • Collaborate with Quantum Synapse AI to integrate: Quantum Shield, Quantum Strike and Managed SOC capabilities
    • Position INUA Nexus as an AI-powered GBS leader, not a traditional BPO
    • Governance, Risk & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with global standards: GDPR, ISO 27001 / 27701, and SOC 2
    • Maintain audit-ready operations and enterprise-grade security practices
    • Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

    • Revenue growth and profitability (EBITDA)
    • Enterprise client acquisition and retention
    • Service delivery performance (SLA, NPS, quality metrics)
    • Workforce growth and productivity
    • Operational efficiency and cost optimization

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
    • MBA or equivalent executive qualification (preferred)

    Experience

    • 10–15+ years in: Global Business Services (GBS) / BPO / Outsourcing and Consulting or enterprise service delivery
    • Proven experience: Leading large-scale operations across multiple geographies, Managing P&L and delivering revenue growth and Closing enterprise-level deals
    • Experience with AI-enabled services or digital transformation (highly preferred)

    Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO)

    • This is a C-suite leadership role responsible for safeguarding the organization’s integrity, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding a culture of risk-aware decision-making across all operations. The CRCO will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the board on matters of risk, compliance, ethics, and corporate governance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead the Group-wide risk and compliance strategy aligned with organizational objectives
    • Establish and oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, policies, and controls
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
    • Design and implement governance structures that promote accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and technology risks
    • Provide advisory to executive leadership and the board on risk exposure, compliance posture, and mitigation strategies
    • Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance monitoring systems
