    Direct Sales Agent - Nairobi

    SUMMARY

    We are looking to hire sales agents to promote our products and services, to identify customer needs and propose the best solutions that will achieve the set sales targets

    DIRECT SALES AGENTS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source for new business leads, service accounts, obtaining orders for acquisition, and establishing new sub-agent accounts by visiting targeted outlets for existing or potential sales;
    • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
    • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers for training and education;
    • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature;
    • Keep management informed on trade activities by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques e.t.c;
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations;
    • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales;
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DIRECT SALES AGENTS JOB

    • Degree/Diploma in a business-related field preferred;
    • At least 1 year of experience in related field (preferably sales, customer relations, or merchandising);
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a team;
    • Customer and business focused attitude;
    • Proactive attitude to look for clients and use all the necessary tools to achieve results;
    • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion;
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

    Sales Executive (Nyanza Western Region)

    SUMMARY:

    To promote Company products and services; and to identify customer needs, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities and collect debts within timelines and propose the best solution that will achieve the set sales targets.

    SALES EXECUTIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders;
    • Preparing sales reports and responding to client queries;
    • Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers;
    • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer / client experience;

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES EXECUTIVE JOB

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, IT / Telecommunications or business-related field;
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, or relevant role;
    • At least 3 years' experience working in sales is highly desirable;
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives;
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Intern - Support Engineer (Multiple Positions)

    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for doing follow up on platinum links to assess the level of service we are offering our platinum clients and provide visibility of the critical issues affecting platinum clients in support to the dedicated engineer on this portfolio Using trouble shooting process to solve technical challenges our customers face on the service we provide them, business and home connections. Work under the experienced support engineers to help them learn.

    REGULAR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Watch closely platinum links and manage resolution from start to end using the escalation matrix.
    • Manage support cases both enterprise and Faiba home FC FOLLOW UP tickets. Track and escalate pending maintenance cases every morning for prioritization.
    • Knowledge Management : generating and sharing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for our platinum clients
    • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

    Job Specifications (Qualifications (Academic & Professional), Trainings & Work Experience:

    Should be a graduate of bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Telecom engineering, Electronic and Electrical, Information Technology or related field;

    Student of CISCO certification – CCNA encouraged;

    No experience required on this role.
