    Head of Motor Vehicle Mechanics

    The Head of Motor Vehicle Mechanics will be responsible for overseeing mechanical operations, managing a team of mechanics, ensuring timely vehicle repairs, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in vehicle diagnostics and repair with leadership experience.

    Job Description/Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the motor vehicle mechanics team.
    • Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
    • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and parts inventory.
    • Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics.
    • Prepare and submit timely reports on vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.

    Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

    • Degree or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
    • Strong ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
    • Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
    • Valid and current driving license.
    • Certificate of Good Conduct.
    • Must be available to join immediately after a successful interview.

    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Handle correspondence, draft reports, and maintain confidential documents.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
    • Plan and organize travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficiency in the MD’s office.
    • Oversee special projects as assigned by the MD.

    Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must be available to join immediately after a successful interview.
