    HR Administrator (Hospitality) – Nairobi

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources operations across the company’s two subsidiaries and Head Office. This role requires a self-driven individual who can manage payroll, ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain good staff relations, and oversee core HR processes with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Run and manage payroll accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labour-laws, and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for staff HR-related queries and issues, maintaining positive employee relations.
    • Manage leave administration and records across all locations.
    • Handle disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy and labour regulations.
    • Coordinate and support HR activities across the company’s two subsidiaries and Head Office.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Prepare HR reports as required by management as well as oversee and support performance management processes.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any related filed.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR administration.
    • Strong knowledge of HR rules, labour-laws, and compliance requirements in Kenya.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
    • Willingness to occasionally coordinate across multiple locations.

    Restaurant Accountant (Hospitality)- Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the full accounting function for the restaurant group, ensuring accuracy, strong financial controls, and timely reporting
    • Manage supplier accounts, including reconciliations, batch payments, pricing reviews, and VAT withholding compliance
    • Supervise stock control processes, including regular stocktakes, variance investigations, and cost control improvements
    • Review daily cash, card, and delivery platform banking to ensure accurate revenue recording and reconciliations
    • Capture and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online for purchases, sales, expenses, and banking
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and operational reports for management review
    • Manage tax and statutory compliance, including VAT returns, reconciliations, and KRA iTax submissions
    • Oversee licensing, audits, and financial documentation while supervising the Stock Controller and supporting operational teams

    Key Qualifications

    • Diploma or a Degree in a related field.
    • Professional accounting qualification: CPA (K), ACCA, or CIMA
    • Post-qualification experience, preferably in hospitality.
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
