    Lead Auditor - Sub Contractor

    Job Description

    • The incumbent shall be responsible for: planning and conducting professional management system audits to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet client requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.

     Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Conducting audits (desk-based or on the client’s site) in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective client relationships.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting to assist the planning and management of operations.
    • Enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards.
      • Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements as defined Business Manager.
      • To provide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the service capability of the business.
    • Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge.
    • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct Safety and OI- Ensure compliance to SGS safety, operation Integrity, policies and procedures and register zero injuries.
    • Carry out any other assignment as may be advised from time to time

    Qualifications

    Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

    • Knowledge and or training on ISO Standards (ISO  9001, 14001, ISO 45001) and managements systems
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA positions
    • Qualified Lead Auditor with a Certification experience and background.
    • Qualified to Lead Auditor status in at least one management system standard (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and to the latest version of the standard.
    • Experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management system.
    • Have a varied breadth of industry sector experience, ideally across  industry

    Food Lead Auditor - Sub Contractor

    Job Description

    • The incumbent shall be responsible for: planning and conducting professional management system audits to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet client requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.

     Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Conduct audits in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships, primarily ISO/FSSC22000 , BRC Food and related BRC Products ,HACCP and Second party audits.
    • Complete all chargeable work within the required budget and KPI timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of the business.
    • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer expectations.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations.
    • Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements as defined Business Manager.

    Qualifications

    • Degree, or tertiary equivalent - i.e., BA/BSc, HND in Food or Bioscience related discipline
    • Lead Auditor Qualification for food standards i.e., BRC Food and related BRC Products ISO/FSSC22000
    • Recognized HACCP (minimum of 2 days duration with examination)
    • BRC Understanding Requirements Courses with Merit pass latest version.
    • Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
    • Work experience not less than 3 years in positions with significant QA or management systems responsibility in food manufacturing, food retail or environmental health.
    • Experience in management systems auditing against recognized standards.
    • Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads
    • Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge and understanding of Food Safety and non GFSI Certification requirements (HACCP, GMP)
    • Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
    • A solid understanding of FSSC / BRCGS and UKAS accreditation requirements
    • Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels.
    • Attention to detail with ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities including all requirements for technical reviews.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to change – committed to continuous personal and professional development.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and marketing activities encompassing ISO Management System Standard Certification (ISO Standards, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, and related BRC products), second-party audits (Customized Audits), and training services.

     Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
    • Meet monthly/annual sales obligations as provided in the Sales Commission Agreement.
    • Research the needs of companies and identify key stakeholders.
    • Management of select key accounts in assigned business lines.
    • Monitor quarterly sales revenue and margins of key accounts and payments.
    • Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements by maintaining a healthy pipeline.
    • Attend conferences, trainings, and industry events around the country.
    • Oversee new marketing initiatives for his/her business lines.
    • Prepare weekly reports, monthly forecasts, and update them in the CRM tool.
    • Actively attend and participate in team and company meetings/assemblies.
    • Inform the Management of any violation of the code of ethics and commitment to integrity.
    • Perform duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management outside the specified job scope.

    • Proven business development track record of working with targets covering ISO Standards, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000.
    • Proven track record in sales and business development.
    • Ability to interact with all levels of management, consultants, and clients.
    • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry in different sectors and illustrate knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within a specific industry.
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
    • Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
