    Graphic Design Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in designing marketing and communication materials (digital & print).
    • Execute layouts and graphic assets according to brand guidelines.
    • Support development of social media content and campaign assets.
    • Prepare and export files for production/use across various platforms.
    • Assist with basic motion graphics or GIF creation when required.
    • Maintain and organize design files and resources.
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
    • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Familiarity with Canva; interest in learning Figma/After Effects is a plus.
    • Good understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout).
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
    • Good communication & teamwork skills.
    • Portfolio (academic or personal projects) required.

    Legal Counsel

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing all litigation matters within the company and its subsidiaries, including handling matters in person as required
    • Receive and process summons and pleadings filed against the company
    • Ensure accurate documentation of cases, including maintaining the litigation tracker and
    • keeping records of all upcoming court dates and case progress for each case
    • Give sound legal opinions on litigation matters within the company and its subsidiaries with key focus on cost management
    • Draft for review and approval all demand letters, legal instruments and court defense responses
    • Participate in negotiation of out of court settlements and draft settlement agreements for execution
    • Assist in contract lifecycle management including drafting, reviewing & overseeing execution of contracts and maintenance of the contract database
    • Conduct legal research, monitor legislation changes and advise management on the same
    • Oversee legal compliance in all facilities leased by the company
    • Maintain regular communication with external panel of lawyers, insurance service providers and other stakeholders
    • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

    Requirements

     Education and Experience

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

    Territory Sales Executives

    The Territorial Sales Executive (TSE) will be accountable for driving sales performance and operational excellence within an assigned territory. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, field experience, and the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams and dealer networks. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful market penetration of our smartphone-financing product.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Grow, expand, and manage a dealer network for smartphone financing in your designated region.
    • Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of front officers to support customer acquisition and in-store financing.
    • Implement trade campaigns, local promotions, and dealer incentives that align with regional sales targets.
    • Monitor market dynamics, including customer trends and competitor activity, to refine strategies.
    • Conduct regular field visits to dealers and customers to assess performance and maintain quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with internal processes, credit policies, and risk controls.
    • Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.

    Required Qualifications

    • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • At least five years of demonstrable experience in sales, trade development, or distribution management, preferably in the telecommunications, FMCG,  fintech, or consumer electronics space.
    • Strong understanding of dealer network operations and point-of-sale operations.
    • Capable of managing field teams, setting clear expectations, and holding people accountable.
    • Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and performance dashboards.
    • Motorbike riding skills are a strong asset due to the nature of the fieldwork involved
