    Treasury Accountant

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a skilled Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a business-related field, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and hold a CPA qualification. Additionally, the candidate should be highly proficient in forecasting and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily cash balances and cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity needs are met.
    • Monitor and analyze bank account activity, including reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
    • Execute funds transfers and wire payments in accordance with established procedures.
    • Coordinate with financial institutions to optimize banking relationships and services.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of debt, interest, and investment transactions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle cash.
    • Support the preparation of financial reports, including cash flow statements, for management and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to provide treasury-related support and guidance.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to treasury management.
    • Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    Assistant Stock Controller

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Stock Controller to support our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a business-related field, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and inventory management systems, and hold a CPA qualification.

    Accounts Receivable Officer

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a business-related field, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and hold at least a CPA Level 1 certification.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
    • Generate and send out invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable activities.
    • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
    • Assist in month-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate timely payment collection.
    • Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:
