REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION OF SENIOR TRANSPORT OFFICER GRADE 10
Academic Qualification
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Fleet Management and/or Logistics; or Motor vehicle Maintenance &/or management or such related course from a recognised institution.
Experience
- The candidate must have minimum of nine (9) years of continuous service of related work experience, three (3) of which were at the level of Transport Officer I or equivalent in a busy organisation with proven integrity, independence, innovativeness and compliance to deadlines
In addition, the candidate must have experience in handling the following:
- Advise on utilisation, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
- Carry out scheduled checks to ensure fleet is in good condition
- Designing an occupational safety mechanism for the fleet
- Fleet scheduling for operations and management
- Monitoring the performance indicators for the staff
- Optimising the utilisation of the fleet
- Setting up the schedule for maintenance
- Setting up the SOPs for the operations of the fleet

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION OF ESTATES OFFICER II GRADE 10
Academic Qualification
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Land Economics, Estates Management or relevant field from a recognised institution.
Experience
- The candidate must have seven (7) years of continuous relevant work experience, three (3) of which should be at the level of Estate Officer III or comparable grade with proven integrity, honesty, independence, innovativeness and compliance to deadlines.
In addition, the candidate must have experience in handling the following:
- Budgeting
- Valuer
- Conducting Environmental Impact Assessment
- Coordination of the allocation of accommodation to staff
- Coordination of maintenance of buildings, stations and equipment
- Interpreting architectural drawings
- Liaising with Public Works on tendering of civil, mechanical and electrical works
- Planning and administration as relates to the construction and maintenance of institutional property
- Running the maintenance workshop
- Preparing small-scale drawings and Bills of Quantities
- Preparing annual reports
- Supervising staff under his/her charge

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION OF AUDIT ASSISTANT II GRADE 7
Academic Qualification
- The candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Commerce or its equivalent from a recognised University.
Professional Qualifications
The candidate must provide evidence in the following:
- Have CPA II (Section 3) or its equivalent
- Have knowledge of ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning)
Experience
- The candidate must have four (4) years of relevant work experience, three (3) of which is at level of
- Audit Assistant III or comparable position, with proven integrity, honesty, independence, innovativeness and compliance to deadlines.
In addition, the candidate should have experience in the following;
- Assist in conducting all types of audits
- Preparation of working papers on Audit Assignments
- Ensure proper filing of Internal Audit documents
- Physically verifying assets in cases of Audit Fixed Assets
- Conducting audit inquiries on uses being reviewed.
- Inspecting of relevant records and documents.
- Conducting substantive tests on assigned audit engagements.
- Reviewing filing of accountable documents
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Collection of Audit evidences on issues reviewed
- Carrying out specific audit assignments
