    Field Service Engineer

    This is where you'll excel

    • Interact with the client to fulfil service jobs/quotations/spare-ware parts.
    • Attend to the clients calls/e-mails for technical support.
    • Identify sales opportunity during site visits.
    • Commission single machines.
    • Offer technical support to projects.
    • Execute service contracts and servicing of Buhler equipment.
    • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through insights/ retrofits / upgrades.
    • Take ownership in timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding any new factors affecting SORTEX machines.
    • Judiciously assist in sourcing components for projects balancing the trade-offs between cost, quality, and lead time.
    • Ensure coordination with other disciplines is effective for each project/ task.
    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities.

    These are the skills you'll need

    • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or relevant field (SMS, AMS etc.).
    • Higher technical education( Technical College) with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of MS office programs
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a commercial mill or proof of sufficient skills
    • Firm grasp of engineering concepts (mechanical & electrical)
    • Process experience in milling industry including knowledge of flour, feeds, coffee, pulses & rice processing among others.
    • Fluent communication skill in English.

    Admin Trainee

    This is where you'll excel

    • Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
    • Liaise with courier companies, customers, and suppliers as required to coordinate deliveries and documentation.
    • Assist in coordinating local marketing activities (e.g., trade fairs, seminars, customer visits, business trips) and manage the distribution of marketing materials.
    • Support travel administration, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa-related arrangements.
    • Help maintain office inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating requirements, raising purchase requests, and following up on orders to ensure timely replenishment.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, identify needs, and support the investigation and resolution of issues within the assigned area of responsibility.
    • Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager

    These are the skills you'll need

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
    • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (administration, office support, internship, or attachment is an added advantage).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
