    Food Court Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    The Food Court Manager is responsible for overseeing food court operations, ensuring compliance with Navy food service standards, maintaining sanitation and safety protocols, and providing high-quality meal services. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in food service management to deliver exceptional operation standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing daily operations of the food court to ensure smooth and efficient food service delivery.
    • Supervising food service staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training to meet Navy food service standards.
    • Maintaining compliance with Navy accounting systems and protocols, including accurate reporting and financial documentation.
    • Ensuring all food preparation is executed to the highest standards, adhering to Navy guidelines and customer requirements.
    • Monitoring sanitation and safety standards, including compliance with formal sanitation training protocols.
    • Providing leadership and oversight to maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing food court environment.
    • Managing inventory control, overseeing the procurement of food, supplies, and materials to maintain adequate stock levels.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop menus that are nutritious, cost-effective, and appealing.
    • Reviewing feedback from customers and staff to optimize service delivery and resolve any operational issues proactively.
    • Preparing and overseeing operational reports, including accounting records, sales data, and performance metrics for leadership review.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Navy food service management.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Navy accounting systems and food service compliance.
    • At least one (1) year of formal education in food service preparation.
    • Formal training in sanitation practices and relevant safety protocols.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between staff, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce.
    • Valid country driver’s license.
    • Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
    • Advanced knowledge of Navy-specific food service policies, inventory management systems, and health standards.
    • Experience delivering food service training and providing mentorship to diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with military or government dining facility operations and processes.

    Silk Screen Operator / Press Operator

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Silk Screen Operator / Press Operator is responsible for operating silk screen and press equipment to produce printed materials in accordance with Navy quality standards and production requirements. Responsibilities include setting up screens, preparing inks, aligning materials, and operating manual or automated presses to produce accurate, high‑quality prints.
    • The operator monitors press operations, adjusts settings as needed, and inspects finished products to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality. This role includes following established production schedules, maintaining consistent output, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
    • Additional duties include cleaning and maintaining screens and press equipment, managing ink and supply inventory, documenting production output, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. The Silk Screen Operator / Press Operator supports mission‑driven printing and production needs in a remote environment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in silk screen printing, press operations, or related production environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Basic knowledge of screen preparation, ink handling, and press operation
    • Ability to follow production specifications and quality standards
    • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and handling materials
    • Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
    • Passport must be valid for at least one year beyond hire date
    • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    AGE Supervisor

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The AGE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), ensuring all assets meet safety, reliability, and performance standards. This role also involves supervising a dedicated AGE team and providing technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and modifying equipment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervising the operations and daily maintenance of AGE systems covered under this contract or related equipment.
    • Advising, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to AGE, ensuring all equipment operates within approved guidelines and standards.
    • Overseeing the repair, maintenance, and modification of AGE assets, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
    • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring adherence to established maintenance standards and procedures.
    • Supporting troubleshooting activities for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure equipment reliability.
    • Training and mentoring AGE technicians to improve their technical skills and ensure high-quality maintenance operations.
    • Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of required tools, equipment, and spare parts.
    • Monitoring and documenting all AGE maintenance and servicing activities in compliance with operational requirements and record-keeping standards.
    • Developing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for AGE-related operational queries and communicating effectively with management and stakeholders.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and modification of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) or similar equipment.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AGE systems.
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems within AGE.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or operational environment.
    • Ability to interpret and apply technical manuals and guidelines for troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport must be valid for at least one (1) year at the time of hire.
    • Must successfully complete and maintain contract medical requirements for the duration of deployment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completion of technical training, certification, or an apprenticeship program related to Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE).
    • Prior military experience managing AGE equipment within a government or military operations framework.
    • Familiarity with applicable safety and environmental compliance standards, including OSHA regulations.
    • Experience working in an OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) or remote/austere environment.
    • Ability to utilize maintenance management systems and software for reporting and inventory tracking.
