Candidate Profile:

• Academic Background: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Early Years.
• Graduate Status: Completed undergraduate studies within the last 12-24 months, possessing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm.
• Professional Status: Fully registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or in progress.
• Innovative Mindset: Well-versed in modern inquiry-based pedagogy, formative assessment, and tech-integrated instruction.
• Personal Attributes: Boundless energy, articulate English communication, exemplary teamwork, and unwavering integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience teaching the British International A- level curriculum
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for learners and educators
• Must be conversant with modern and 21st-century pedagogical practices
• Demonstrable professionalism in all areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
