    Business Development Officer

    • As a Business Development Professional for a recruitment agency, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain profitable partnerships with businesses and organizations . You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies and negotiating client contracts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
    • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the recruitment agency.
    • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
    • Identifying and addressing client needs and staffing requirements.
    • Developing and maintaining a strong client database
    • Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates

    Skills & Experience

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a recruitment/HR agency setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    Relationship Officers & Interns

    Description

    • On behalf of our client, a Micro Credit institution, we are hiring an ambitious and energetic Relationship Officer (Loan Officer) to help them expand their business to new and existing markets. Key to the role is the ability to disburse loans and collections of loans due.

     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Marketing of new and existing products.
    • Advising clients on various services and products.
    • Developing and maintaining professional customer relationships.
    • Performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under client guidance.
    • Initiating apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers.
    • Helping clients to attain approval on new loans.
    • Conducting evaluation of client’s accounts; and
    • Collection of arrears and due loans
    • Delinquency management

    Skills & Experience

    • Diploma/ Degree in a business-related field
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to leverage on Technology
    • Self-starter and assertive
    • Flexible to embrace change with ease
    • Self – motivated
    • Good understanding of customer service and experience
