    Corporate Business Development Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, strategize and organize daily activities such as: (calls, contacts, quotes, application generation, and pending applications) to achieve individual and department goals.
    • Consistently maintain a healthy pipeline by qualifying outbound leads.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients through proactive measures to seek, identify, and provide information to enable each client to find policies tailored to their financial needs, priorities, and circumstances.
    • Support with onboarding of the clients to the platform by generating quotes, supporting the process of filling/submitting applications, and converting underwriting policies into closed products.
    • Keep the CRM current and accurate with the target customer, current customer, and future customers. This will be through managing the sales cycle, incorporating Lami's sales methodology on active opportunities and client meetings, and ensuring all key client relationships are properly recorded. You will also use this data to facilitate weekly reporting to your supervisors.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the insurance and tech industry by continuously iterating on and improving upon sales processes and customer requirements.

    Requirements

    • Must have a solid B2B sales experience in insurance Sales.
    • Must have a proven track record of meeting monthly goals for new business sales.
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Be a self-starter, motivated to grow and learn in a professional scaling organization.
    • Should be ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented with a “never quit” attitude.
    • Must be a resourceful team player that can contribute and accept new ideas and can collaborate within cross-functional teams.
    • Must be an effective communicator with great verbal, written, and presentation skills. You are also honest, transparent, and authentic in your communications with the team.
    • Should have professional business acumen, strong presence, and confidence in your field of expertise.
    • Must have an exemplary work ethic, seeing things through to completion with results and a high bar for integrity and quality on all output.
    • Should have the ability to handle common objections, prioritize relationships, and open dialogue to identify and provide solutions to a customer's needs.

    Care Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in designing and managing the operations module that services Lami medical partners.
    • Sorting out medical approvals and authorizations.
    • Hospital service provider management and visits.
    • Organizing wellness talks and medical camps for clients
    • Prepare member education materials and promotions.
    • Support in implementing business strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation of all partner agreements.
    • Assist in setting comprehensive goals for business performance and growth.
    • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
    • Write and submit reports to the line manager on matters of importance to partner success.
    • Manage relationships with partners and be available at their offices to handle partner queries.
    • Review daily data from partners and recommend improvements.
    • Organize partner trainings, renewals, upsell and cross-sell as may be required.

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience in insurance sales and care management 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Diploma/Degree in medical/insurance field
    • Advanced knowledge in corporate relations management
    • Ability to manage partner growth
    • Excellent time management abilities
