    Stores Officer

    Keep Our Operations Running

    The Academy’s stores are its operational backbone. We seek a meticulous and proactive Stores Officer to take full ownership of inventory management – from receipt to issuance, from policy to system accuracy and reporting. You will ensure that every item, whether food, learning materials, student supplies, tools of work or spare parts, is available when needed, without loss or delay.

    What You Will Do

    • Oversee all store categories (Receiving store, Maintenance store, Stationery store, Farm store, Clinic, Uniform Laboratory and Paints store) 
    • Manage product creation and stock receipt in Sage X3 within strict SLAs.
    • Conduct monthly reconciliations and maintain ≥98% inventory accuracy.
    • Lead annual and ad-hoc stock takes; initiate disposals per policy.
    • Supervise Stores Assistants and support user departments (boarding, sales, etc.).

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in  Supply Chain, Stores/inventory management or an equivalent field. 
    • Experience: Proven 5 years of experience as a Stores Supervisor or Store officer leading a team.
    • ERP Skills: Advanced Sage X3 (or similar) experience – is added advantage, Strong organizational and record-keeping skills,
    • Competencies: Inventory expertise, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ethical standards, problem-solving, and a service mindset.
    • Desirable: Experience in a learning institution.

    Procurement Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead our end-to-end procurement function. You will drive value for money, ensure full compliance, and build a resilient supply chain that supports our Academy’s mission.

    What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute the annual procurement and disposal plan.
    • Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
    • Manage supplier performance, pre-qualification, and quarterly reviews.
    • Enforce procurement policies, internal controls, and audit readiness.
    • Oversee the procurement module in Sage X3 and drive automation.
    • Mentor a small team (Procurement Officer and Assistant).

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • Certification: CIPS, KISM, or equivalent (mandatory).
    • Experience: 5+ years in procurement, with demonstrable tendering and sourcing experience.
    • Technical Skills: ERP proficiency (Sage X3 preferred); knowledge of procurement laws and contract management.
    • Competencies: Strategic sourcing, financial acumen, stakeholder management, risk & compliance, leadership, and impeccable ethics.

    Stores Assistant

    Start Your Career in Inventory Excellence

    Are you detail-driven, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute to a world-class Academy? Join us as a Stores Assistant and become the hands-on engine of our stores operations. You will receive, store, issue, and track inventory with precision, ensuring that every item is accounted for and every user is served promptly.

    What You Will Do

    • Receive, inspect, and shelve supplies; report discrepancies.
    • Apply FIFO principles, label, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
    • Issue materials only against authorised requisitions.
    • Post Goods Received Notes in Sage X3; maintain accurate records.
    • Participate in stock takes (regular, annual, quarterly for sports items and library).
    • Forward invoices to finance and support audit queries.

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Stores/inventory management, procurement or an equivalent field. 
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in stores/inventory management.
    • ERP Exposure: Hands-on experience with inventory software; Sage X3 is a strong plus.
    • Competencies: Communication, integrity, problem-solving, teamwork, organisational planning, and ability to work independently.
