    Legal Intern – 70k

    Responsibilities

    • Legal Research: Conducting research on legal precedents, market regulations and policies to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information to the legal team and internal stakeholders.
    • Document Review: Reviewing and organizing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts and policies.
    • Drafting: Supporting the legal team in drafting legal documents including contracts, letters, opinions, memoranda, legal trackers and regulatory filings under supervision.
    • Monitoring: Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations and assisting in developing a legislative tracker across Africa.
    • Compliance: Implementing compliance strategies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
    • Legal Support: Collaborating with the legal team to provide support on various legal matters, including legal advisory, projects, commercial negotiations and transactions.
    • Administrative: Assist with case management, document filing, archiving, tracking deadlines, managing correspondence and supporting the functions legal technology agenda to improve efficiency.
    • Perform other related duties as required.

    Requirements of the legal intern:

    • Hold a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree
    • Must have attended the Kenya School of Law
    • Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required. Intermediate knowledge of French is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular, Word, Excel, and Power Point) is required.
    • Demonstrate good knowledge and keen interest of the law and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to offer credible support on matters requiring due diligence and attention to detail.
    • Ability to review and interpret the law and draft opinions.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    •  Have good organizational skills, be a team player and possess keen attention to detail.

    Brand Management & Marketing Assistant (80k)

    Role Purpose

    • The Brand Management & Marketing Assistant supports the Brand Manager in executing brand plans for food products. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing brand assets, supporting innovation/renovation projects, tracking performance, and ensuring excellent execution across consumer touchpoints and in-store.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Plan & Campaign Coordination

    • Assist in developing and tracking the annual brand plan and activity calendar.
    • Coordinate campaign execution across digital, in-store, OOH, radio/TV channels.
    • Maintain and distribute brand assets ensuring consistency and compliance.

    Consumer, Shopper & Category Insights

    • Consolidate market, consumer, and shopper insights from research and field teams.
    • Track category trends (pricing, promotions, competitors, NPD) and summarize implications.
    • Maintain insights repository and support preparation of briefs/presentations.

    Innovation, Renovation & Packaging Support

    • Coordinate inputs and deliverables for innovation/renovation projects across cross-functional teams.
    • Manage packaging and artwork development, approvals, and version control.
    • Ensure product information accuracy in line with regulatory requirements.

    In-Market Activation & Agency Coordination

    • Liaise with agencies/vendors to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and to brand standards.
    • Support activations and product launches (sampling, roadshows, POS rollout).
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure strong in-store execution.

    Marketing Operations & Budget Administration

    • Raise and track purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
    • Maintain organized brand documentation (briefs, artwork, quotations, reviews).
    • Support meeting management: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Compile monthly brand performance dashboards (sales, market share, distribution, digital KPIs).
    • Support post-campaign evaluations and document recommendations.
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 1–2 years’ experience (or strong internship experience) in brand/FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or agency support.
    • Experience in campaign execution and working with agencies/vendors is an advantage.
    • Strong coordination and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI is an advantage).
    • High attention to detail and compliance with brand guidelines.

    Installation Supervisors

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for onboarding, training and performance management of minimum installers. Tracking job ticket status and material inventory for installations, repairs and maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments for the installers
    • Coordinate the transportation of material and stage for installers to the customer’s’ premises.
    • Ensure 100% successfully completed job tickets as scheduled by the installers
    • Track job ticket status to close leads
    • Manage installer clusters to ensure the minimum objective of 2 installations per day is feasible
    • Approve additional installation material beyond standard kit or collection of additional installation payment from customer
    • Ensure all installers have KYC Kits to complete customer on-boarding + Toolbox for physical installation work
    • Ensure accessories and device collection is done from assigned stock pick up point as needed by the installers
    • Reconcile inventory and accessories picked vs deployed by installers
    • Daily tracking of team members attendance in gate meeting and prospects logged requirement
    • Daily tracking of lead closure and installation fulfilment
    • Design PJP (Route plan) within territory + conduct one gate meeting/ day with assigned Installers to ensure ways of work governance metrics are in place.
    • Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and call customer/ installation head for closure
    • Provide Reports of Works done with the corresponding time sheet for daily submission.
    • Sign off return/ refund on failed customer acceptance of installation
    • Tracking job ticket status
    • Supervise completion of tasks within the allotted time frame for the installers
    • Responsible for onboarding and training the installers
    • Conduct performance Management of the installers

    Qualification

    • Networks, Technical or electrical or equivalent qualification
    • Professional Qualification in Project Management Techniques
    • IT Literacy and business education, an added advantage

    Direct Sales Execuitves (Home Broadband)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance to Customer acquisition and onboarding processes i.e. KYC and customer education on top up
    • Collaborates with Line Manager to develop, execute and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area
    • Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
    • Recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.
    • Provide first level support with on ground trouble shooting and resolution of customer issues
    • Escalation of customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level

    • Track and Analysis monthly trends within assigned markets

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years outdoor sales experience preferably in the telecom industry but not mandatory.
    • Commercial acumen- Understanding the competition landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes etc.
    • Tech savvy – Needs to understand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.

    Internet Installers

    Job Purpose

    • Field Technician or Installer is a service professional who affix and position equipment in a designated location and complete the set-up process so the equipment is ready for operation or can serve its service purpose. Their primary objective is to ensure the equipment is installed in a safe manner that doesn’t present any hazards while also supporting functionality to allow for the best possible performance. They review and explain operation and maintenance information to the user or customer. They will also provide ongoing support, maintenance, and repairs.Installers have a minimum of a high school diploma and may have completed a trade school program or training course. Hands-on experience installing and adjusting the particular equipment involved is preferred. These roles are often physically demanding and may involve working in strenuous conditions.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments
    • Wear all identification, safety and courtesy equipment at all times.
    • Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning of routers and service.
    • Carry material and stage for installer at the customer’s’ premises.
    • Guide, coordinate and oversee fellow installers.
    • Educate customers about benefits and up-sell to customers’ add-on sales products.
    • Evaluate and monitor the performance and quality standards of sub-contractors within their infrastructure boundaries.
    • Maintain installation tools and equipment in safe working order.
    • Educate customers on the features and functionality of installed products.
    • Assist with the completion of tasks within the allotted time frame.
    • Assist with parts, shipping, receiving and inventory as needed.
    • Review paperwork with customers where needed.
    • Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer’s premises.
    • At times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain physically fit.

    Qualifications

    • College Degree (preferred)
    • Previous trade experience a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities

    • Comfortable working at heights and off ladders
    • A valid motorcycle or motorcar driver’s license
